Responsible for construction management and administration of all projects assigned to him/her in the region beginning of the initial project due diligence for all construction related government approvals, project engineering, project design and construction of each project phase concluding at completion of tenant improvements and transition to the asset management group. Position requires majority of time to be spent in the field with a focus on leadership and the oversight of the construction process.
Responsible for the physical management and administration of lease obligations pertaining to the Property Management function. This includes responsibility for the condition and presentation of a portfolio of allocated assets and to ensure that the administration of lease obligations and the physical performance of the assets are undertaken to the highest possible standard. This will mitigate the risks associated in achieving our financial objectives.
Responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities [with the Regional Director], management and administration of associated duties related to its acquisition, property due diligence matters, project design/engineering, procuring necessary entitlements (zoning, planning, environmental and building), documenting of tenant improvements (i.e, workletter) for applicable lease transactions and assisting in the transitioning asset to the property management group.
