Goodman Logistics Center Rancho Cucamonga is a two building logistics distribution center totalling 1,589,946 s.f. located in the Inland Empire West’s Rancho Cucamonga, California.  

The logistics center offers two cross-dock facilities of 555,664 s.f. (Building 1) and 1,034,282 s.f. (Building 2) that were completed in June, 2015. The facility is currently 100% leased to Georgia Pacific, a U.S. company based in Atlanta, Georgia, a leading manufacturer and marketer of bath tissue, paper towels and napkins, tableware, paper-based packaging, office papers, cellulose, specialty fibers, nonwoven fabrics, building products and related chemicals. The lease transaction was signed one month prior to project completion and is one of the largest leases signed on an industrial development in Southern California, in the past 10 years.

Oltmans Construction served as the general contractor and HPA Architects facilitated the buildings’ design and architecture. Lee & Associates were appointed as the listing broker for the project.
