Goodman Logistics Center Carlisle is a planned two building logistics distribution center totaling 2,032,320 s.f. located at I-81 and Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 44 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
The proposed development will offer two cross-dock facilities of 938,828 s.f. and 1,007,868 s.f., which are expected to be completed in 1st Quarter 2017.
The facilities will be constructed with a flexible and sustainable design catering to a range of potential uses and would be well suited for logistics and e-commerce customers.
The buildings will offer:

- Superior site access and truck manoeuvring space

The buildings are designed to accommodate large distribution companies with heavy container volume in a highly desirable and central location. Strategically positioned to provide access to primary transport infrastructure, the site is located less than one mile from I-81, nine miles from I-76, and approximately 25 miles from FedEx's and UPS' international parcel hub.
