Goodman Logistics Center Rancho Cucamonga is a two building logistics distribution center totalling 1,589,946 s.f. located in the Inland Empire West’s Rancho Cucamonga, California.  

This project will offer two cross-dock facilities of 555,664 s.f. (Building 1) and 1,034,282 s.f. (Building 2), which are expected to be complete in March 2015 and May 2015, respectively.   

The facilities being constructed will have a flexible and sustainable design catering to a large range of potential uses and would be well suited for logistics and e-commerce customers.

Both buildings will offer:

  • 36 ft. clear height
  • 130 and 267 dock doors, respectively
  • 56' x 60' typical column spacing
  • 20% power savings with Rancho Cucamonga Power
  • Superior site access and manoeuvring space
  • Generous truck court depths of a minimum of 185 ft.

The buildings are designed to accommodate large distribution companies with heavy container volume in a highly desirable and central location.  Strategically positioned to provide access to primary transport infrastructure, the site sits just one mile from the I-15, less than two miles from the I-10, seven miles from Ontario International Airport and approximately 60 miles from the Ports of Los Angeles / Long Beach.
