Anthony Rozic
Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer North America
Anthony’s responsibilities for Goodman include assisting in setting and managing strategy, business performance, corporate transactions and related operational projects with direct line management of marketing, information technology (IT), human resources, legal and compliance. Anthony joined Goodman in 2004 and until February 2009, was Group Chief Financial Officer where his responsibilities also included financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting, tax, and capital and financial risk management. Anthony is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years of experience in the property industry, having previously held a number of senior roles in the property funds management industry and chartered accountancy profession. Anthony is also a director of the Consolidated Entity’s subsidiaries and was recently responsible for establishing the Consolidated Entity’s investment into the United States where he continues to be actively involved operationally.
Dan Grable
Chief Operating Officer, North America
As COO, Dan oversees the operating and administrative departments of Goodman, including Finance/Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources, Risk Management, and Information Technology. Dan is also responsible for capital markets related functions, which includes establishing and maintaining banking/lending relationships for Goodman and assisting in deal structuring, acquisition, and investment activities.
Dan's investment, finance and management experience in commercial real estate started in 1989. Prior to joining Goodman, Dan served in executive positions with Pharris Properties, Merage Investment Group, LNR Property Corporation, William Lyon Company, Pacific Life, and Price Waterhouse. Over his career, Dan has been involved in over US$6 billion of real estate transactions. Dan holds a MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Accounting/Finance from the University of Southern California.
Shannon Hondl
Chief Development Officer, North America
Shannon is responsible for national development operations including; land acquisition, development and business development. Prior to Goodman, Shannon was responsible for Birtcher Development & Investments’ industrial expansion into the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Northern California, Washington, Colorado, Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania markets.
Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Portland State University, a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Oregon and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California. Shannon is a member of Inland Empire Chapter NAIOP and is a National Forum Member (Business Parks) with NAIOP.
Steve Williams
Chief Accounting Officer, North America
Steve is responsible for oversight of the Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Strategic Planning functions for Goodman.
Steve's experience in real estate finance started in 1992. He has held several positions including CFO/CAO roles for LNR Property Corporation and audit/management consulting roles for Ernst & Young and Kenneth Leventhal & Co. in the United States and Mexico. Steve holds a Bachelors degree from University of Arizona with a triple major in Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate.
Troy Briggs
Regional Director, Northeast, North America
Troy Briggs is responsible for all aspects of development, entitlement, construction, leasing and acquisition within the Northeast region for Goodman. He has over 20 years of experience within the real estate industry.
Prior to joining Goodman, he served as Senior Leasing Representative and Director of Leasing and Development for Liberty Property Trust. While with Liberty Property Trust, Troy was responsible for the development, acquisition and leasing for over 17 million square feet of industrial/flex and office space.
Troy is a member of several organizations such as NAIOP, CSCMP, IREM, CCIM, WERC as well as the local Chamber of Commerce. He earned his B.S. degree in Business from the University of South Dakota and a MBA from Lebannon Valley College. He has also obtained professional designations of Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Graham Wahlberg
Vice President, Investment Management, North America
Graham is responsible for strategy, management and performance of the Partnership, in addition to managing reporting and investor relationships. With over 10 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Acquisitions and Asset Management, Graham has held several positions within the Industrial sector executing on investments and portfolio strategy on a national level. Prior to joining Goodman, Graham was responsible for Acquisitions within Avistone, a boutique industrial investment firm and Asset Management within Diversified Development Group, a regional industrial developer.
Graham holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from CSU Fresno.
Ben Bytheway
Marketing Director, North America
Ben is responsible for marketing and communications across North America. This includes brand management, advertising and corporate communications. Prior to joining Goodman, he held various marketing positions in Australia and the United States, including Vice President Marketing, USA and National Marketing Manager, Australia.
Ben has 11 years marketing experience and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Organizational Psychology) from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Lang Cottrell
Regional Director, Southwest, North America
Lang Cottrell is Regional Director for the Southwest Region for Goodman. He is responsible for managing the company's investment and development activities from California to Texas.
A twenty-five year industry veteran, Lang has handled the acquisition, design, development and disposition of more than 15 million square feet of commercial property. Prior to joining Goodman, Lang served as Southwest Regional President for LNR Property, LLC, a large, privately held commercial real estate investment and development company.
Lang earned both a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Southern California. He is active in industry organizations such as ICSC and NAIOP and also served as President of the Local NAIOP SoCal Chapter in 2013.
Rhonda Meekins
Director, Human Resources, North America
Rhonda is responsible for strategic management and execution of all human resource functions, including recruitment and professional development.
Alan Cockburn
Corporate Development Specialist, North America
Alan’s role as Corporate Development Specialist involves oversight of all contractual, legal and compliance matters for GNAP.
Alan has been with Goodman Group since 2002 and has legal experience in England, Australia and Asia since 1993. Alan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Birmingham, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Wolverhampton University and a Masters in Financial Management and MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
